For someone who is 55 years old, 5′8″, 155-160lbs., constantly stressed/depressed and anxious. Diastolic BP of 115-125 (taking meds for it). Eats fatty foods with moderate amounts of salt. Smoked for 30 years but quit 8 years ago.
Is a stroke or heart attack near ?
How many more years to live ?
