Your sister is wrong and she’s talking nonsense.
You can’t decrease your effective B/p’s so don’t waste time, money, or effort in trying.
If you want to do something constructive, then list any problems you have, (such as overweight? lack of exercise?.. etc.) and if THEY are bothering you (or your sister) then address them by seeing the doctor. – If not, then stop messing about with half-baked Do-It-Yourself cardiovascular physiology.
B/P readings – of themselves,- are 100% perfectly meaningless. (despite the doctors!)

If your blood pressure is that high you need to see a doctor ASAP! You could have a stroke or heartattack at any moment! You do not control blood pressure that high on your own! Your doctor will give you a diet, exercise program and medication! Tests need to be done on you also. Don’t put off going to a doctor!
